Candidate Nomination Period
First day that candidates may file declarations of candidacy and nomination papers. No person may file nomination papers for more than one office at the same election. The declaration of candidacy shall be executed in the elections official’s office. All candidates must pay the nonrefundable filing fees or present in lieu signatures at the time they receive their nomination papers.
